This Agreement governs your use of Polstar mobile App, Polstar applications, or Polstar Maps (collectively referred to as the “Service”) and Sites. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using the Sites. It is important to note that these terms establish a legally binding agreement between yourself and Polstar. In the event that you are utilizing the Sites on behalf of your employer, you confirm that you possess the necessary authorization to accept these terms. Polstar retains the right to make modifications, updates, additions, or removals to various sections of the Agreement without prior notice. Polstar encourages you to regularly review these terms for any alterations. Your continued use of the Sites following any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. Furthermore, please be aware that additional terms may be applicable if you have a separate agreement with Polstar.
This Agreement replaces any prior agreements on the same topic between you and Polstar, including earlier Agreement versions. If this Agreement contradict terms in a prior written agreement between you and Polstar that pertains to your website use (“Executed Agreement”), the Executed Agreement’s contradictory terms prevail. Additional terms and conditions may apply when using other Polstar services, third-party content, or third-party software. Polstar’s failure to enforce a right or provision in this Agreement doesn’t waive that right or provision. If a court deems any provision in this Agreement invalid, the parties agree that the court should uphold their intentions reflected in the provision. The remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in effect. Any claim related to website use or this Agreement must be filed within one year of when it arose or is forever barred, regardless of any contrary statute or law.
Any software available for download from the Sites (“Software”) is copyrighted by Polstar and/or its suppliers. Use of the software is governed by the accompanying End-User License Agreement (“EULA”), or as expressly stated on the website. You must agree to EULA to download or install Software that includes it. The software is intended solely for end user use according to EULA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of the software is prohibited by law and may result in penalties.
Polnav mobile App, Polnav Applications, and Polstar Maps are collectively referred to as the “Service.” The information offered by the Service is not meant to substitute for real-time road information, including travel directions, time-based restrictions, lane closures, roadblocks, traffic signs, traffic lights, or police instructions, among others.
Polstar may develop and release Service updates, including upgrades, bug fixes, patches, new features, or discontinuations (collectively “Updates”) at its discretion. Updates may be automatically installed or require user action based on device settings and internet connectivity. Promptly installing Updates is crucial for proper Service functioning, and they are subject to this Agreement. The Service’s availability and performance depend on various factors, and Polstar cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or immunity from unauthorized access. Polstar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without notice. The Service’s operation and features may vary based on your network, device compatibility, and supported content formats. If you disagree with significant Service changes, you can terminate this Agreement.
All materials found on Sites are the copyrighted property of Polstar and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Polstar and/or third-party licensors. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the materials and services offered on this website are intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not, without written permission from Polstar, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Sites.
You can access, copy, print, and share materials like FAQs, datasheets, blog and press releases from this site unless explicitly prohibited. Please follow these rules:

If you have been granted the right to use a Polstar trademark, your usage must comply with Polstar’s Logo Usage Guidelines.
“Software”, acquired from online app stores (including Polstar’s official website – polstartech.com, Google Play Store – play.google.com/store, and the Apple App Store – apple.com/app-store), are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
